I wouldn't be surprised if his name is somewhere in there off the cuff, but I'm honestly surprised MAGA isn't screaming about him like they do about Clinton. I can only imagine that if he was in there for good it would've been the first thing Trump released.
There is no doubt in my mind Biden isn't anywhere in there. For that exact reason. Trump would not be able to stop himself.
