Good interview. Give it a listen or read. Aliens don't pop up 'til the end.

Kinda wild the interviewer just let "they're real" slide by with no follow up.

Yeah, it seems like just a way to debunk the area 51 conspiracy. And we can't really say alien aren't real, because there's like billions of planet and some ought to be in a goldilock zone that has the exact condition we have.

Yeah, to assert that there is no alien life out there is really the more bold position. We don't have real evidence to support either side of the argument so any strong assertion (for or against) is rather dubious.

It really comes down to what "out there" means to someone. Where the closer that is the crazier you are.

He probably meant some mundane explanation, but it'd be nice to have clarity as to exactly why. I guess it was a lightning round though.

Probably Obama, like most people, figures there's life on another planet somewhere in the universe, but that tge aliens haven't visited Earth.
