Everyone wants me to make sacrifices without ever lifting a finger to help me. I'm too busy upskilling, job hunting, and doing part time physical labor.
I'll tell you what you send me help with bills, my mortgage, or food then we'll talk about me doing something you want me to do.

Edit: I wasn't asking for sacrifices. Just suggesting ways you could help yourself if you found yourself with time on your hands.
Genuine attempt at being helpful:
Can you sell the house and rent instead?
Got any cars you or the family rarely use?
Basically: Can you downsize and give yourself / your family more padding in savings, less ongoing costs?
With all due respect if I lose my house then life isn't worth living anymore. I don't own a car. I don't have a family.
Could you rent out a room?
