Wab Kinew and the NDP were elected in 2023. It’s 2026 now. So, what are your thoughts? How would you rate their time in office so far?

Overall? Pretty good.

I think Kinew's tendency towards populism is irritating at best, and dangerous at worst. He's committed some real unforced errors with his comments about lawyers, and I think their performance on the environmental file is very poor indeed.

But I'm impressed with their progress on the homelessness file, and they seem to be accomplishing something in health care, though there's still a long way to go.

Could be much worse.

Yeah… I like the idea of building up the port of Churchill but a pipeline (like they keep alluding to) might not be the best way to do that

Have you noticed a reduction in homelessness in your area?

Honestly, it was never a big issue in my area - I'm just impressed that they're pursuing a housing-first strategy, and seem to be making some headway.
