But that's not the case here? Orc rolled a grenade out after saying he was surrendering. Pretty sure they don't have to treat him as surrendering at that point, no?
well in the end he did surrender, so he is still a POW and should be treated like one. And before you downvote me again, I dont condone the grenade throw...I just imply to treat a POW like a POW if are able to catch him, even if he acted like a cunt.
He wasn't a prisoner until he was disarmed and captured. Until then, he was an active combatant.
The fact he just used perfidy and then failed means the Ukrainians had valid excuse to make him and anyone else in that contact into cat meat. The fact they didn't, speaks volumes to their high character and professionalism.
