The fact that Belichick’s assistants have been dogshit at HC’ing shows how good at keeping a culture and running a team Belichick truly is, cause I doubt any of these dudes were helping out all that much.
The problem his assistants have is they try to act like Belichick, but if you don't have the history of success Bill has you just come off as an unpleasant asshole.
