Lemmy doesn't support LDAP, OIDC, or anything like them yet, so at least as far as that goes sign-in can't be easily unified.

I think I see what you're talking about, a unified login across services. That is certainly cool, but it's more advanced than what I'm looking for.
I'm fine with logging in under the same name on 3 different accounts, ie, linuxfan@lemmyxyz.com, linuxfan@peertubexyz.com and linuxfan@pixelfedxyz.com as long as they're the same company. I know it's inefficient that way, but when it's time to make a donation, I can just donate to one company instead of 3 different ones.
Plus, 2 of the instances I deal with haven't even responded when I asked how I can make a donation. As a capitalist, I'm offended😐.
