Hold on for a month more probably and then when it goes below 80, have the battery replaced from Apple. It costs 79 bucks and chances are that you will get a new, apparently refurbished watch back. That’s what I did last month.
The 80% rule is for free replacements with Apple Care+. If you're paying for battery replacements, you can do it at any point.
