Ordered a 15 Pro Max… Apple sent me a 14 Pro Max (alien.top)

So yeah… ordered a 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256gb a few weeks ago, my parcel was delivered a few days ago and lo and behold inside is a brand new 14 Pro Max 1TB.

Has anyone else experienced this? I contacted support a few days ago and they seemed pretty useless. An ‘investigation’ has been opened but no mention of returning the 14 and me getting the device I actually ordered…

Could be worse, my friend pre-ordered a 15 pro and got sent an empty box, a sealed empty box.
