Gah!

Do I keep my upcoming guaranteed 5 star for Eula (who I don't have yet), or do I use it to get my Kazuha to C2? Kazuha is pretty much my main and part of 80% of my gameplay.

Decisions decisions! ๐Ÿ˜ซ

You should prioritize whatever leads to you having the most fun. Are you planning to use Eula on a team? If not, then it'd be probably be a better idea to invest in your main.
