Having the same issue. Hard locks the app and requires it to be force quit and relaunched. Image is never saved. This happens with both the download and share buttons.

Same here. Latest version of Memmy on TestFlight on iOS 16, iPhone XS, and full access to photos.

So think I figured out cause. Compact mode. Try turning compact mode off, closing app, and then trying. Worked for me.

I prefer compact mode though so I hope they fix it.

Interesting. I also got to it to work by clicking post then clicking image and sharing rather than clicking the post directly from feed. Odd.

happy to help! Hope they fix the bug. I submitted to GitHub, but saw someone else did as well so I closed mine.
