So I ordered a box of Green Vert Amazone cartridges from Jaques Herbin inks a little bit ago, just cracked the box and the first cartridge I pulled out was purple! I didn't expect that, and the rest of the cartridges appear to be the green I ordered. I have to wonder how often that happens.

Aww, this is your new pen! Does it take standard international converters, I think these cartridges are standard international, right? I think the purple works well with the pen.

Yes, it takes standard international cartridges. And yeah, I actually really like the purple ink, I looked it up and found out that somehow a stray cartridge of Violet Boréal got into my Vert Amazone ink. I'm going to get some of it as well. The pen is actually really cool in that depending on how you look at it you'll see colors from green, to blue, to purple, so many colors can go with it. But the Purple stands out the most.
