This is an awesome shot!
I've seen this happen with a few image posts, not sure what's happening there.
Perhaps try hitting the preview button before posting, just incase.

And yeah, it's weird. Not sure if it's an instance thing or if it's happening Lemmy-wide. Oh well!
EDIT - tried pulling it into Photoshop and saving immediately without any changes, and it works fine now - so odd!
I had this exact same problem as well with one of my posts. You can actually edit your post, delete the picture you uploaded, and reupload the photoshop one. That'll also fix the post's icon.
