Is there no way to use it with a feddit.de account?
There is - choose "other" and input "feddit.de" in the URL field. Then just fill in your feddit username and password.

It really does feel like I'm using Apollo!
I've never used Apollo and I'm mostly using kbin. However I heard of wefwef like half and hour ago, decided to check it out cus why not and damn, it's so so good!
I was using the official Reddit app (or the desktop site) and in all honesty I didn't think it was too bad, probably because I just got used to it and didn't use any other app as a comparison, but after using wefwef for not even an hour, I can absolutely say I was missing out.
Just joined and downloaded. This is a great app!
It looks great but I’m getting so many errors on it. Error loading posts, error voting, error opening messages…
It's been extremely buggy today. I want to love it, but it's just not there yet.
It's to do with rate limitations, this should be resolved soon but right now you can use:

I'm waiting for someone to come up with Infinity_for_lemmy
Just installed it to my Home Screen. Acts just like an app. I’m new to these web app type things and spaced instances, but baby steps.
This already seems a lot better than Reddit.
If I didn’t know any better, I’d say this just is Apollo, but pulling from a different API.

So I’m weird and don’t actually have any apps on my Home Screen. I just use Spot Light and the the App Library screen. Is there anyway to get a web app to show up on the App Library? Because I don’t like how this one app is different from everything else on my phone and has to live on the Home Screen.
Other than that, I agree! It’s a pretty sweet app this far.
Add the web app to a second Home Screen then hide the Home Screen.
Had to do the same workaround for stadia a few years ago

I'm waiting for the option to block communities and people. then I will be able to happily use wefwef.
edit, I'm not against anybodeyor anything, but there are times that some entity gets spammy.
I couldn't agree more. Especially the ask instance is incredibly spammy.

This is a great app I opened it up and I'm blown away. Can I make a suggestion. Add classic view. Some of us don't like the images/thumbnails right in our face.
