The Void (Linux) distribution

Void is a general purpose operating system, based on the monolithic Linux kernel. Its package system allows you to quickly install, update and remove software; software is provided in binary packages or can be built directly from sources with the help of the XBPS source packages collection.

This community is a mirror/alternative to !voidlinux@lemmy.ml — created for wider accessibility due to federation issues.

No idea what that is (Xorg related?) so probably not lol.

It makes xbps usage become easier, most xbps commands are quite long. By using this tool, installing packages from xbps-install it is just xi. https://github.com/leahneukirchen/xtools

Meh I don't mind the longer commands. I just don't know the flags. Still thanks though.

The experience were awesome, I kinda surprised that it's fast while maintaining stability. Been 2 years using void and never experienced my system broken!
