About 3"(>7.5cm). I'm in Wisconsin, and they don't get as big as the ones down south. The whole plant, to be fair.

Thanks - tiny hopper indeed then. Never seen either variety because I’m not from the US and was only aware prickly pears existed because of the line in the Jungle Book song
