Am I missing something? He does say things out loud that many of us know (and barely talk about) and others ignore. He's got a talent for explaining hard concepts to teens willing to listen.

Yes the change may need to be induced from the top and we get to chose who's at the top and push things forward through exercising democracy. Read his books, listen to his talks then go and act.

And in that capacity he also introduces me to new concepts every now and then.
