Uh, yes he is. He and his shadow daddies even had a contingency plan in place to do more damage even faster in the event of a shutdown.

Russ Vought's directive to fire federal workers during a shutdown is illegal

This might come as a surprise, but it turns out the group of wealthy conservatives that have been planning to destroy America for decades, is definitely to blame for destroying America now that they're in charge of everything and are slashing and burning this entire country to the ground.

Everything is so awful, and it's because it's going according to their plan. This is exactly what they wanted, but they can't even fucking own it.

Sucks there's literally nothing possible to do about it :(

There is something possible, it'll just result in the ban hammer here.

No, sorry; that's illegal. You can't disobey laws, silly.

Nothing, but they think it’ll influence voters. Also, the GOP has pulled shit before where they recessed, and when position is unable to reassemble quickly they can an emergency session to get a majority easily. Dems never leaving prevents that at least.

Meanwhile:

Trump told reporters at the White House Tuesday afternoon that he’s in favor of shutdown-related RIFs to the federal workforce, and that “when you shut it down, you have to do layoffs.”

"We’d be laying off a lot of people that are going to be very affected,” Trump said. “They’re going to be Democrats.”

“A lot of good can come down from shutdowns,” he added. “We can get rid of a lot of things that we didn’t want.”

Republicans: ask yourself what happens when there are no Democrats left to blame.

Hint: Comey is a Republican. Who arguably won Donald the 2016 election.

Giuliani ruined his life supporting Donald and Donald threw him under the bus. Giuliani the Republican.

Guess Republicans won't be identifying as Republicans anymore.

All those people saying they wanted trump to run the government like a business. Whelp, the dude couldn’t keep a casino solvent, and now has shut the federal government down yet again. Let’s hope shit gets fixed faster than it did in 2018.

Well I don't work for the gov, so I'll blame him several times over to make up for a couple.

This article is crazy it is just covering major newsworthy stuff in like a paragraph because it is the GOP and they are much more organized on messaging

Trump told reporters at the White House Tuesday afternoon that he’s in favor of shutdown-related RIFs to the federal workforce, and that “when you shut it down, you have to do layoffs.”

“We’d be laying off a lot of people that are going to be very affected,” Trump said. “They’re going to be Democrats.”

“A lot of good can come down from shutdowns,” he added. “We can get rid of a lot of things that we didn’t want.”

And

A mass email assigning blame to congressional Democrats is an unusual step for agencies to take ahead of a funding lapse, and marks an escalation in rhetoric.

Aka they are telling us they are firing a lot of Democrat employees but it's okay.

It's almost funny seeing the unblinkimg sycophants working the same idea across the media spectrum the past few weeks in preparation.

Honestly primary these guys.
