This is true. The more I learn about computer networking the more I'm amazed that any of it works at all. It's insane to me that people treat the Internet as if it's reliable, expecting it to just work all the time.

Most of their videos are on youtube as well, but this one will probably stay nebula exclusive.

It's about IMSI catchers. No groundbreaking info there, it's basically an add for the cell service provider whose phones regularly rotates the IMSI amongst all their customers, so they're harder to spy on using SS7.
