Digimon World 2003. I never owned a PlayStation (was a Nintendo-only fanboy for years until I bought a PS2 in the mid-00s a year before the Xbox 360 was announced) and tried to run an emulator of it for over a decade before it was fully supported. I also had trouble because I found out the only English version that didn't have that stupid "once you start fighting the final boss, you can't explore the game world anymore" thing they used to do in JRPGs was the European version. Now I can actually play it, even using gameshark codes, easily... if I could only find the time to play it!
Heil Honey I'm Home!

Pilot on the BBC. It's a sitcom about Hitler and Eva moving into an English neighborhood next-door to a nice Jewish couple. I had a copy from BTN but can't find it anywhere now.
Chad's World

Super-fucked pilot from DEN. A studio that was attempting a streaming business in the 90s or 00s, and abusing minors.
It stars fucking Stiffler. It's about a teen who's friend kills himself over the pressure/reaction of coming out to his parents. The teen is rescued by his brother and whisked any to LA.
It's an insane groomer story that matches the scandals at DEN. I have a 240p copy, but I SWEAR I had a better one before.

Love this thread. My white whale is The New Encyclopaedia Britannica 15th ed. 2010 edition. Its here but a loan https://openlibrary.org/books/OL24447878M/The_New_Encyclopaedia_Britannica
No idea how to extract it.
archive.org has only 2007 ed :(
Any Apple+ fitness video
Closed Door Village, Chinese film from 2014. I have it with hardcoded mandarin subs, but it's never been translated as far as I can tell.
Hypernauts (1996). It's an old TV series that was cancelled part way through airing. I found a complete season on a TV archive project website, but it's 480p and has baked in Japanese subs that obscure a lot of the screen. The show itself isn't great, it's just something I'd like to collect.
A late 80's TV show called Monsters
Caught a handful of episodes when I was a kid. It's available on Amazon, but I'd like a local copy. With as many TV shows have the word Monsters in it, it's hard enough to even search for.
Edit: ROFL and as I post this I decided to google it, and archive.org has all 3 seasons archived.
