I’m writing a story about a 21-year-old man dating a 31-year-old woman whose 35-year-old ex-boyfriend was abusive. Her ex brutally tortures, rapes and kills her new boyfriend, and she kills him out of revenge.

But before I write it, I want to know if it’s realistic for a 31-year-old whose ex was abusive to date a 21-year-old.

Why are you so obsessed with this?

Sure 👍 curious why you think it might not be

Absolutely. Not sure why it wouldn't be...

OP has an interesting history of posts about age gap relationships, many of which have been deleted. They often contradict themself, sometimes saying it's wrong and other times defending it. I think they're trying to get people to tell them it's wrong and the older person "deserves to die". I'm not entirely sure what their opinion is, cause they contradict themself, but they have a very weird obsession with age gap relationships

Seconded, perfectly likely. Might be worth digging some into the psychology of abuse and what people leaving those situations think. Help you flesh things out
