Wait a minute... Could Luigi technically run for office while still in jail awaiting trial?
Because I'd vote for him.
Trump ran and won as a convicted criminal, so I don't see why not.
Problem is that the democrats would choose the "moral high ground", then not allow "a murderer" to run in their ranks, then he'd be destroyed for "splitting the vote". Also he might be a reason to tge two parties uniting and blocking him from running for congress.
