I can't say it's been my go to over the years, but I picked up a Twelve South HiRise 3 a few weeks ago when it went on sale for almost half off, and I love it. I didn't like that it didn't come with the actual charger, but it's been solid and looks nice. It is a little bigger than I expected though.
Previously I was using an Anker 2-1 that allowed you to pop in your original watch charger. I replaced with when Standby came out and because wasn't MagSafe so I was constantly waking up to a dead phone.
Before that, I had a little teeny Spigen charger stand that you popped the original charger into. For $10ish dollars there's not a lot to complain about it. I still have it and it did a great job at staying put on my dresser so I wasn't worried about the cable falling somewhere.
Nomad Base One Max, unfortunately I have the legacy version that's just 2 in 1 and not 3 in 1 with spot for AirPods.
I’ve always used the default but within the last year have switched to occasionally using the MagSafe Duo
