Hello! Least toxic vegan here.

Vegetarian? Does that mean, that you will get rid the baby to steal the mother's milk?

[–] digdug@kbin.social 24 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Isn't mother's milk still vegan if she consents?

[–] lugal@sopuli.xyz 8 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Will she consent that you take away her baby?

[–] AnUnusualRelic@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago

Maybe she's done with it?

Hello! Carnist bootlicker here.

I love disregarding systematic principles of change to enable the aggressors and feel better about myself 🤯😭😘🙂

Do you like babies?

They're okay, but I couldn't eat a whole one.

The art makes everyone look like they've got black eyes, and little Timmy got roundhoused to the jaw.

Why would I even consider hand over my child to another person?

[–] SkyeStarfall@lemmy.blahaj.zone 6 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Good question, new parents want to give me their kid constantly, and it makes me uncomfortable.

[–] qyron@sopuli.xyz 4 points 2 years ago

Have you asked why?

[–] chatokun@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I've only been handed babies by family members like holding my niece and nephew.

[–] qyron@sopuli.xyz 1 points 2 years ago

You're family, nothing against it, but asking if someone wants to hold the baby doesn't hurt. And watching the baby's reaction if changing hands is welcome is always a good idea.

It's only a Modest Proposal.

Jokes about causing harm to children is always a huge red flag.

[–] Lemongrab@lemmy.one 8 points 2 years ago (1 children)

But an even tastier treat.

[–] Omega_Haxors@lemmy.ml 2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

It becomes a lot less funny when it affects you personally.

Someone ate your baby?

[–] Pixelologist@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 2 years ago

Good, hopefully they'll leave me alone in the future :p

To me it just feels like a run-of-the-mill edgy/teenager joke
