I’m trying to figure out how to get my watch to drop from 85% to 79% battery health, so I can get an AppleCare replacement. Any ideas of heavy demanding apps that would make my battery drain faster, thus making my watch need more charge cycles.

Probably the time that you would spend trying to lower the capacity of the battery bellow 80% worth more than what you would save by getting a free battery.

We live in such a ME ME ME society now. It’s pathetic.

I totally agree.

Let the battery bottom out as much as possible. Keep the battery low and don’t charge until it’s completely dead. Let it spend a lot of time in the dead state.

This obvs sucks if you want to use your watch but 🤷🏻‍♂️

How much time is left in your AppleCare+ plan? If it expires soon just enroll in monthly AC+ within 30 days of expiration.

Like buying car insurance so you can wreck your car and get a new one.
