Personally my favorite cases are from phone rebel. I honestly don’t know which one to get for the 15 since they are all amazing. What do you think? What’s your favorite case?

Apple clear case.

Spigen Magsafe Clearcase has been my favorite so far, even tho i really didnt try a bunch. This one feels different. Ya know the greasiness feeling you get with clear cases? I dont feel it with this one + its cheap

DBrand Grip Case. I will preface this by saying I got a faulty case that presses the action button too easily but they recognized the problem, said it was only one batch of cases, and are sending me a new one. I was kind of able to get it to work fine in the meantime. This case is fantastic. The grip is really good. The thought that went into making it feel like a slim case while being protective is obvious. The sides are very low on the screen while having a raised top and bottom on the screen side. It’s slim all the way up to the camera and then protects the camera completely. It sits flush on a table, with no wobble from the camera. The matte skins don’t show any fingerprints. This case seriously feels awesome. The ONLY thing I have an issue with is the buttons. They aren’t the best. Best buttons, hands down, are the Mous Limitless 5.0 buttons. Floating buttons can’t be beat. Can’t wait to receive my replacement that doesn’t have a messed up action button. This case is so good that I’m giving it a stellar review while having a faulty version.

Tech21 Evo Crystal Kick. It has a built in kickstand and supports MagSafe. It also brings back the roundness of the iPhone 11 for a comfier grip. The white surrounds are also nice.

JTLEGEND REX RPO Kooling, this case is helpful for heat dissipation

Spigen thin fit. I love the slim profile and the matte soft texture you feel in hand. Only drawback is you don’t get to flaunt your phone color/logo if you are into it

Spigen Mag Armor feels awesome on my phone

[–] Post-Rock-Mickey@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Saving this for later 🤣

[–] kandaq@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Used to be Urban Outfitters Bumper but since the iPhone 12 Pro bumpers from any brand are so thick to protect the camera bump it just looks horrible. So now it’s Spigen Ultra Hybrid or any case with a transparent PC back. Not silicone back as they get yellow very quickly.

Mous Limitless 5.0 and Phone Rebel Gen 5 are the cases for me. They have served me well so far and the previous versions were great in the past too.

[–] Bigheadedturtle@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Magbak. I have the clear one personally, but the colored cases are beautiful. It gives the phone slightly more squared corners to change the aesthetic a little while remaining incredibly thin AND the magnetic back is just incredibly fun and useful.

10/10

Greenwich leather cases are awesome and last as long as the phone does.

[–] ZeWolfve@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Smartish Gripmunk Case in Clear has been my go to case for a while. Also have an Apple Silicone case cause why not.

[–] Cicastillo29@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

My favorite is the Pitaka MagEZ 4. I like the texture and the look of it. It’s definitely not a case for clumsy people, but for me it’s great!

[–] spesifikbrush@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Got a fake FineWoven case from AliExpress. Best case I used so far!

[–] thanhman97@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Caseology Athlex or Spigen Tough Armor.

Definitely not Casetify. God, I hated that obnoxious Casetify branding around the camera cutout so bad.

[–] abbakusx3@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I’m addicted to phone cases lol. The brands I buy from are casely, casemate, casetify, spigen, (: Casely is my favorite tho their bold and essential cases are really protective:)

[–] novalunaa@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I’ve been using a Casetify case on my 13PM since I had it, it’s saved my phone from drops on to concrete, tarmac, and tile. I don’t worry in the slightest if I drop my phone with this case on lol

I learned here that folio cases are out. To be in now you need a clear case, e.g. Spigen Hybrid magsafe which is good value. Obviously I got another Nomad Horween Leather Folio. Super quality and room for cards etc. I only carry on cc and an ID card, important to keep it slim. Should mention I spent hours researching alternatives and even looked at no-casing with just one cc attached directly to back of phone, but nah… Happy hunting.

I love the carbon fiber v3 from reborn device. I’m planning on ordering the bare armor case soon once the color I want is back on stock.

Tried the Mous 5.0, returned it after a few days. The case has a lip around the outside that cuts into your palm. I get why it’s there (Scratch protection for the back) I gave the Pitaka MagEZ a go, returned that as well. Pitaka didn’t adopt Apples design decision with rounding the corners, the Pitaka case feels like a BOX with its straight edges. I REALLY wanted to like these cases but for the $70 price tag, I couldn’t justify those short comings lol. Currently using the Smartish Gripmunk which for $20 is a great case. Waiting on the Benks Aramid fiber case, which I have high hopes in being my go-to case.

I tried the spigen tough armour. Looks awesome but makes the phone feel like a heavy brick. there are some sharp edges too. I’m not a fan of the apple logo cutout.

I switched to Spigen rugged armour. It’s way easier on the hands, lighter and has clickier buttons. and it does not have an apple logo cutout. I think i’ll stick to this.

Is anyone here using Apple MagSafe Silicone case replicas from Aliexpress or anywhere else?

[–] darkiverson3@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Not even close to Apple’s authentic products. I’ve used both, and the cheap ones are very flimsy and the feel of it is much softer/slippery. Apple’s silicone cases aren’t great either though to be honest.. but in this case spend the extra to get an original one.

[–] mikes41720@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I’ve purchased several cases for my 15 Pro Max.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid - just the clear case. This was such good value because it came with the ezfit tempered glass. It really shows off the chassis of your phone and feels solidly built. Not too slippery either.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid Zero One - this has the backing with the exposed parts. Looks pretty cool, if you’re into that.

ESR Cloud Silicon - I like the ring around the camera case that can act as a stand. But maybe I’m just not a fan of the grip (kind of slippery) and the buttons are a bit mushy.

Waiting for the Spigen Enzo Aramid, Andar Aspen, and Ringke Onyx. Sheesh, these cases are going to cost me a lot. Curious about the Caudabe Synthesis, Casetify, and dBrand Grip cases as well.

[–] CuriousCat_7079@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Tried otterbox clear symmetry. Haven’t reach a month, it shows yellowing already on the sides. Sooo don’t buy it.

I really like the QuadLock cases. They feel nice, very anti-fingerprint (which is nice with my sweaty hands) and I use it everywhere these days. Quadlock wallet, quadlock head on my motorcycle and quadlock head in my car. It’s really a multipurpose case. That and I love that I can still snap it on my wireless charger at night for that nightstand mode without taking the case off.

Polarizing… but I have a case from Temu and it works pretty damn well. I had bought a rhino shield one in a similar style and returned it because it was way too thick. It was also like $2.98

[–] callmemaybe88@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

That would definitely be the most simple and versatile clear MagSafe case.

[–] simoncpu@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I'm currently using a Spigen Thin Case but it's not thin enough. I'm a fan of slim cases that don't cover the buttons. I'm waiting for my Pitaka case to arrive.

[–] turbodude69@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

who makes the most minimal? im thinking bout getting the 15 Pro and i'm coming from a mini, i want it as small as possible.

[–] Available-Control993@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Casetify Bounce. I’ve tried several different kind of cases from the major brands but I’ve never liked any of them until I tried the Casetify Bounce case, it’s great, has 23 foot drop protection, great strong MagSafe magnets and it feels great in the hand I never feel like it’s going to crack.
