Well it's cold windy and miserable south of the river near the beach. Good oodie to the supermarket weather when you don't quite have change for the communal dryer and your clothes are washed but still quite wet. Ask here for other weather related suggestions.

I 'should' be doing more work on Operation Sort Shit but it's so cold I'm sitting on the couch in my oodie.
Also who was it who said they were playing the Sims? It's inspired me to try a new version of Strangetown.
Update: Zooks has joined me and is kneading the oodie while purring very loudly.

Seagoon Movies. Time Trap on Amazon. A competent movie with an interesting idea but small budget .Enjoyable. 2.5 hobbits.

Keep Breathing on Netflix. Interesting series , compare to Jungle, young woman has to survive in the Canadian wilderness and to do that she has to fight her inner demons that tell her she's a loser and to give up. 2.5 hobbits. I preferred Jungle with Daniel Radcliffe

Deliverance. This was a rewatch, watched commentary by the director and all the documentary material. Amazing movie. Very symbolic. Nature is uncaring and will defend itself if threatened. Humans are human, both cruel and kind, cowardly and brave. 4.5 hobbits

This rain looks like it's pretty much settled in for the afternoon, so I guess this means a cold wet dog walk is on the cards. I don't think it's going to be a long one. Maybe if I can get myself a touch acclimatised I can find it within me to brave the back yard to pick some parsley for dinner.
Edit: Walk achieved with minimal rain. Parsley has also been aquired. An afternoon chill on the couch is on the cards until it is time to make the risotto for dinner. A quite literal chill probably, given the weather.

I've recently swapped from drinking too much coffee to drinking too much tea. I must say it suits my laziness when I can reuse the same leaves for 5 cups.
