My 3rd party app is coming along! Got it pulling actual data from kbin.social! Huge inspo from Apollo app. (tech.lgbt)

Hoping to have a private beta test within a month or two. For now calling the app Kmoon (K🌛)

EDIT: the app will be x-platform (iOS, Android and Mac)

It'd be nice to have a landing page like what Apollo has. One where you can favorite Magazines and the like.

I’ll consider once the codebase reaches a satisfactory point. Would want to write some contribution guides and whatnot.

I'm not on ios, but still great to see people making apps for the fediverse. Also this is the first time I'm seeing a kbin thread from lemmy, so I guess kbin has federation working again!

federation has been working slightly and slowly these past few days. nothing speedy. not sure it's 100% back yet? but yes I'm on kbin.social and seeing your comment clearly :)

There's another new app that was started just 5 days ago that can be built for android, not sure if it's usable yet but it'll be good to keep an eye on: https://github.com/gkasdorf/memmy
