What does your caption mean, OP?
It's a reference to the British Conservative party's plan to send immigrants seeking asylum who come to the UK to Rwanda. It's hopefully not going to pass through parliament because it's a horrible idea.
What do you mean it's a horrible idea? It's perfectly safe. I know it's safe because Rwanda signed a treaty saying it's perfectly safe.
I feel safer just mentioning it tbh.
They have also spent hundreds of millions of pounds on a plan that is never going to work when the money could have been spent on improving the existing system, finding legal routes for immigrants and other ways that are not designed to pander to racist fucks.
My interpretation was that OP was trying to come up with an even bigger way of wasting money the cops could use to "fix" the problem.

My issue is with incompetent government misusing tax income, demonstrating they don't deserve to collect it in the first place.
They could deport them to Rwanda. That might work.
I agree, do we begin with the cops or the people who would rather use their taxes to hurt people? I'm good either way.
