I ordered $2k of products this past month. One order that sent out early September has been at customs without any progress or tracking updates for an entire month; 45 days total it's been somewhere other than my mailing address.
All the items are Choice, Fast Delivery, Delivery Guaranteed, and "guaranteed" to arrive by the estimated delivery date AND "guaranteed" to be fully refundable when not delivered at the thirtieth day of the shipping process.
Aliexpress refuses to honor any of their policies with me and numerous other high paying customers. Further, after following the platform dispute procedure policy, Aliexpress' "Senior Team," as the chat script- readers call it, followed up by email with scripted pasted responses stating the delivery period is extended another 30 days on this 45-day-late order. That's a violation of their policy.
They're refusing to honor their Delivery Guarantee policy. That's violation of company policy and violation of employee policies. It's fraud, discrimination, and willfull negligence.
Aliexpress personnel are criminals!
So I escalated through all the dispute stages to appeal the refund decline. Then submitted a formal dispute. Nothing. Then also alerted numerous chat associates, a couple of whom created cases for me with case numbers. But still only emails scripting denials.
So I responded to the ChocieService@aliexpress.com email and CC'd AE-AlipayUSPaypal@service.alibaba.com.
No responses ever!
So I went to my message center to message the sellers to demand refunds and returns, etc. Still nothing!
So mow my message center is suddenly blocked — all messages are inaccessible by me in my account.
That means Aliexpress tampered with my account and deliberately, maliciously and discriminatively attacked my account.
Thank God I never filled in my account with my personal Info.
I'll continue to work on compiling and preparing all the evidence I have, and it is a whole lot!
