For me...

Downtown Abbey is terrible. I watched the entire show because my friends kept saying that it would get better and I was tryin' to like it, but it never got better. From the first episode I was like, 'This is crap...'

For those unfamiliar with the network effect, I'm referring roughly to this (from Wikipedia):

Network effects are typically positive feedback systems, resulting in users deriving more and more value from a product as more users join the same network.

From what I've read it's pretty clear these deals tend to do well by the main metrics companies care about (making lots of money in short order), but I haven't read or seen as much about how many people then become returning customers for the original properties.

Anyone happen to have found any reports/mentions from shareholder meetings about this kinda thing?
