I finally finished up buying everything in my wishlist and next I will have to go to qobuz to get the rest of the music I want to have downloaded in flac.

The last bandcamp Friday I spent hundreds of dollars on music there and this time I spent another hundreds of dollars lol, gonna be absolutely chock full of music that I won't have to keep subscribing to for the rest of my life.

I think in the past Spotify served me well for music discovery but now I have spent so many years discovering music with Spotify that now I know the limits I have so now I'm just collecting everything up to that point and then I will very very slowly occasionally add a song or two because now I'm not as interested in searching endlessly for music.

here's my account btw Conf-user on bandcamp

A new way to collect music that matters.

This artist has a lot of work, but this is the only album in this style, and I absolutely love it. It's a beautiful album start to finish. It reminds me of Dear Esther, a short narrative video game about a man dying alone on an island. This album has the same somber tone, wistful and nostalgic, filled with regret.

I've been listening to this artist for 16 years since his debut as a contributor to Homestuck. He's since spun off to his own career with an incredible collection of albums. This one here is one of my comfort albums; I've listened through it a hundred times. Bowman's lyrics are way better than they have any right to be. While this album doesn't have some of my favorite songs from him, this is his no-skip album of bangers. Give it a shot, let me know what you think!
