Coming back to the 7X and the Mix which will be featuring Zeekr’s Golden battery technology, designed to charge from 10-80% in just over 10 minutes. This has been tested in the real world by many independent EV enthusiasts.

Models with 1000V support will be rolled out gradually in the coming months to the high-end models, allowing charging 300 km in 5 minutes, Auto Pixel reports. Compared with the 800V platforms, every additional 100V increases charging power by 25 kW at the same current.

Pretty crazy, that sounds like a big update to BYD models.

It's coming soon, and after getting some time behind the wheel of a prototype vehicle undergoing final testing in the snowy wilds of Sweden, I'm convinced this could be the car to change Mercedes' electrified fortunes.
