Break next week

This is an older oneshot I just discovered. Unsurprisingly, there are lots of manga out there about drawing manga. It is the one thing that every manga artist has in common after all.

That being said, I liked this one. Specifically, I liked how playful and expressive the facial expressions were. In the author's notes from a recent batch of Ri-chan chapters, they talk about the difficulty of drawing faces. Since then, I have been paying more attention to it, which brought me to noticing the variety of expressions in this oneshot.

I'm really getting tired of Mangadex screwing with the titles.

I recently discovered this series and it has been pretty cute. This chapter in particular reminded me a lot of "The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses." This series might be better titled "The Girl I Like Instead Likes Cats."

I am not familiar with this series, but I absolutely loved this illustration, so I felt compelled to share it. Corgis are like genetically engineered to be adorable, but perhaps that is my fondness for Ein from Cowboy Bebop leaving an impression on my in my youth.

This one goes out to all the IT workers out there.

Ran across this in the recent updates on MD and thought it looked interesting. I have yet to experience a layoff like the one depicted in this chapter, but some close colleagues have. I work in the sciences rather than IT, but it is somewhat similar in that there is a lot of institutional knowledge that is lost when experienced personnel leave a company suddenly like this. It has definitely been a contributing factor to finding new employment for me in the past.

Not sure how many contributors were involved in Tachiyomi itself but it looks like they'll be aiming for any forked projects as well.

Time to break out GitHub's developer defense fund?

I haven't read this series, but have seen it posted to this community before. I really liked this illustration by the author, so I thought I would share.
