Hey community! Do you use any database or anything to manage your environments? I started a relational Notion database a while back but never dug in. Objects types for things like hardware, software, deployments, technologies, and tie-ins to my other LifeOs databases. (e.g., the inkbird aquarium thermostat in Smart Life/Tuya via Home Assistant is linked to my aquarium database as a gear object.)

I'm rebuilding half my lab right now and thought it might be worth seeing if there's a better method before returning to my half-assed system.

(I pay for Notion - I also failed at making my super complex Obsidian implementation work across my devices and platforms. I'm in the market for a replacement for that whole universe, so if this thread turns into a moratorium on Notion, I get it. Still, I'm open to discussion, so snark is unnecessary.)

anyone know what the last option does? I want to remove movies that were added by the list but were then taken off it. but the way it's written, it sorta implies that all movies that aren't on a list will be removed, which is what I very much don't want.

Hey all, more question time. What was the "push" that made you set up your servarr instance? For me, my wife is from a different country than I am. We both paid for netflix but due to region lock could never watch anything together without piracy. I realized very quickly that it was a worthless endevour to keep going with the dance so I just figured fuck it, Ill go all in.

Looks like we have a few subscribers to this community so I figured Id make a "poll" of sorts. Are most people already rocking the servarr stack or do we have anyone who is here to learn? If you already have a stack, whats your setup? Ill go first.

Im currently running my homelab on consumer hardware, just an old gaming PC I had. i7-4790k with 32gb of ddr3 ram and a gtx 1060. Im running truenas Scale on it, and I moved from ubuntu server. Ive got the whole *arr stack running except for whisparr along with a bunch of other self host programs like vault warden and audiobookshelf.
