Hello good people! I’m currently a volunteer in Ukraine and I have unintentionally gotten attached to a local kitten that doesn’t have a mother anymore. How would the process of adoption go when I want to take them with me when I leave? I live in Estonia so EU laws do apply but I’m not familiar with the process.

thanks in advance!<3

Ukraine has masterfully developed a capacity to hit RuZZia where it hurts strategically and economically, with a high damage value to cost ratio. Think e.g. of crippling the RuZZian refining capacity through repeated drone hits.

What would be other assets that may not be of a direct apparent value, but are sensitive in strategic value?

E.g. how many sites are there that print banknotes and such for RuZZia? Apparently it is just one company and a few location of Goznak, the company in charge of printing RuZZian banknotes and official certificates etc.

I assume that replacing the equipment of such enterprises would be difficult? Wouldn't it be a shame if it burned down?

See:

Original Title: The owner of a stable in Odessa, which was hit by a Russian strike yesterday, says goodbye to her beloved horse Kamelia, who died from injuries. "This was my whole life. They were not just animals. They were 'written off' horses - some from slaughter, some retired from the sport," said owner Yulia.
