it's so fucking funny that this guy used to be one of the top Evil Middle Eastern Guys in the Axis of Evil and there were regularly news stories about how much he wants to destroy the West.
They're bringing back characters from earlier seasons to rekindle interest.
Personally, I want to see if his arc ends with reconciliation with GWB!
