It's capped for people on Medicare. It's not capped generally.
That insulin should be free. The patent for insulin was sold for a dollar by the original inventors because they recognized what it meant.
Your point stands, I guess, the complaint I have is that Biden farts in the wind and calls it perfume and wants credit for it.
