I was there when bitcoin went from a cool idea to trust fund kiddie entrepreneurship racket, and it was completely the big money buying into it to co-opt it and control it.

And they did, so now the once widely distributed node network is controlled by a handful of high end companies with millions in hardware.

Capitalism is a parasite that abstracts all wealth away from those actually working to make the world better, and puts it in the hands of the most ruthless and sociopathic.
