Indeed, I can't imagine his plane flying over half the world without incident, and I don't imagine Putin travelling like a criminal.

If he decided to do it, any country he flies over should really play him the Belarus trick of force-landing the plane and arrest him

@qevlarr @YourPrivatHater the opposite is also true. Although US is no part of the ICC, it would be a huuuuuuuge insult to the western world if he visits the US doorstep.
