Hi, I am looking for a set of over the ear headphones with the following features:

Bluetooth wireless Charges and can also use wired audio over USB-C Don’t care if it has a mic or not (for calls) ANC is nice but not 100% necessary Budget conscious price

As an example, the Beats Pro has all the features I am looking for but is a bit too pricey for me. Any suggestions?

Perhaps the Monoprice BT-600ANC: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=41232

I haven't used this one, but Monoprice is commonly recommended for budget wireless headphones and this one seems to match your desires features.
