Could #lemmy or #kbin be made into a #4chan replacement? As in a temporary image board on the fedivers (kbin.social)

Could #lemmy or #kbin be made into a #4chan replacement? As in a temporary image board on the fediverse where all discussions start with a picture, responses are image, text or both, and they are deleted after a certain amount of inactivity?

Not through configuration I think. Only through programming effort. But technically yes.
