Second floor room, with the source/gmod "missing texture" purple-black checkerboard patter on the rug, chair, and door frame, and a red "Error" mesh in the middle of the room.

I don't see trigger zones for the chair and the doorway. Is the other room and full-res view out of the window in memory at the same time??
