I-95 is such a big part of the daily commute patterns that this is concerning.

I wonder if this particular bridge was older than usual, or whether a similar fire could lead to collapses of other highways.

Or if it was a test of sorts. Trucks don't have a TSA or flight marshals. [edit] Probably not a test, but I hope it doesn't give anyone any ideas.
