In short:

A series of strikes in Gaza has killed at least 31 people, according to Palestinian medics, as part of an Israeli offensive.

Gaza's health ministry says one of the strikes was on a polio vaccination centre, where children were among those injured.

Meanwhile, an Iranian-American journalist has reportedly been detained in Iran, according to the Associated Press.

There is no such thing as a gaza health minister

it is a hamas spokesman

James is a terrorist organisation, but they are also the government.

It is no different to Nelson Mandela being in prison as a terrorist and later the leader of South Africa.

That is not to justify Hamas actions, but the health ministry is the one saving people, not killing people.

According to wikipedia you're right and wrong... Gaza Health Ministry operates as part of the Hamas Government. 🤷‍♂️

I take all of these figures with a grain of salt when they're reported by one of the belligerents. In this case ABC report that UNICEF and WHO express concern over the "reported attack", ie not condemnation of something they have first hand information on.

I really don't know where to get accurate news from these days.
