I'm feeling a bit better today so I've decided to go in. If that turns out to be a mistake I can always go home again

I feel like it needs to come with the expectation people work from the office now. If you want me to come in, you should let me leave as well so I don't make the rest of the office sick

Thats what I'm going to miss about my old manager. She demanded you not come to the office if you weren't feeling well. Was super understanding about it.
