Richtig so. Wer ein Haus bauen (und ggfs. sogar finanzieren) kann, ist nicht bedürftig.
Ja, vor allem hat die Familie ja anscheinend vorher schon ein Grundstück besessen, was sie für 500'000€ verkaufen konnte. Davon kann man eine Weile leben bzw. hatte die Familie damit ja schon eine Bleibe.
