Σύμφωνα με το διοικητή του νοσοκομείου, Γιώργο Χαλκιαδάκη, τα τεστ δεν έδειξαν εγκεφαλική λειτουργία, οπότε το παιδί θεωρείται εγκεφαλικά νεκρό.

Ειλικρινά είναι τόσο αισχρή η υπόθεση, δεν έχω αντέξει να διαβάσω περιγραφές κτλ για το παιδάκι. Και οι 2 για εμένα είναι σίγουρα ένοχοι ακόμα και χωρίς να διαβάσω τίποτα από καταθέσεις κτλ
