I've figured out how to stop the migraines. I feel so fucking stupid lol

It's my posture. For some reason, unless I have good posture, especially when sitting down, my right shoulder hikes up a lot, which starts the chain reaction.

Sigh. I lost friends because they couldn't understand how a "headache" could be that crippling. And all the money on physio. Thousands and thousands of dollars.

Posture. It's important. Deportment they used to call it. The school I went to taught it - as a preventative measure for all sorts of health problems particularly for girls but I guess the same would apply for blokes. I'm still feeling the benefit of it even now in my advanced age.

Maybe consider doing Alexander technique or something to help you get into good posture habits. My personal opinion of yoga is not as positive as many people. Fine if you're young and healthy, but if you've already got a physical problem then you need something that focusses on correcting that problem imo. I am a fan of Alexander technique for fixing pre-existing problems but a good pilates teacher could probably do likewise and be much cheaper. And there are zillions of them around everywhere, hiding in every shopping strip with vacant or hard to rent shopfronts.

Thank you! Will look it up and give it a go.

I had perfect posture circa 2020 but then lockdown killed my fitness stuff for a while.
