I'm trying to add a banner and icon to a community I started but I keep getting an error for it.

My guess is that pictrs and/or nginx is not set up properly. My guess (because of the <html>) in the error message is that the UI is getting nginx's error page when trying to make a request to pictrs to upload the images.
